Sell .TV domains to Chinese?
 

I have two good Chinese .TV's:

VeryCD.TV - (VeryCD - one of the most visited sites in China)
PoMoHo.TV - Pop, Movies and Hot ;-), also one of the good sites in China..

Any ideas on how can I sell them?

did you contact the coms?

Have you checked for potential TM issues considering that the .com of those names look like some big sites.

VeryCD : P2P based and I think its something like Mininova
Pomoho : I couldn't find any TM on their website..
nothing about TM is mentioned on their sites...

I don't think you will have any TM issue with the two sites. If copyright law really worked as expected, LV would not lose its trademark in china.
(Don't get me wrong. I am a chinese who love China and wish it can be better as well )

No offence, but I don't think the two names are important to them.

"VeryCD" is the biggest P2P site in China since 2000, which provided softwares, videos thought BT download. I don't see a reason they will get involve in TV releated affairs in the near future.

"Pomoho" is one of the 20+ Youtube-type media sites in China. I personal don't think it can survive more than 2 years under the high competition environment. The best two sites in China should be "tudou.com" and "youku.com", if you have related TV name, then you can have a good return then.
