Photoshop Measurement
 

I have seen a lot of people's photoshops that have the measurement of the document in inches on both sides measuring length and width. Anyone know how to set it like this? thanks.

Doesent it come by default?
else goto View and Enable Ruler.
or press Ctrl + R to toggle
