How long does it take to get set up? I have not heard from them yet. I signed up last Thursday, prepaid for a year etc...anyone know? :(

Did you pay with credit card or paypal? If they are out of businesses you would be able to get your money back either way.

As rule this issue is being annonced on the web hosting site. And once you don\'t get what you have paid for - you can ask for money back. But first of all invistigate the reason of that.

they don\'t process payment automatically, you still need to submit trouble ticket before they enable your account.

In our case manual account setup takes maximum of 24hrs after payment.

Just contact their support and you should be getting your account details.
