hey I'd like to use adsense but they don't offer to pay by paypal...
I'd much rather be paid using paypal, so what's the best alternative that does so?

paypal is not offered in your country?
yeah EFT is much more costly in the long run.

Google might pay with google checkout in future but paypal I have doubts they will ever integrate.

i've been paid by bidvertiser before, but their ads aren't contextual. from what i remember though, i was getting about $0.10 to $0.15 epc which isn't horrid if your niche is not sought after.

Yahoo Publisher Network, I'm pretty sure they offer paypal payments. Haven't logged in my account in ages though. Also what type of advertisements? CPM CPC CPA?

Best program that pays through Paypal is Chitika IMHO

Google NEVER uses Paypal services. Google pays commissions to their affiliates by using check method.

if they pay by check how many days would that arrive? like for example im in the Philippines. that would take too long for sure.. why dont they use paypal? its mostly used by paying online.

They probably don't use Paypal 'cause it belongs to Ebay and they don't want to make Ebay richer

I would still recommend you to use Google Adsense because you can get paid by using EFT method or even check and also through Western Union in some countries. The main reason I recommend Adsense is because they show the most related ads according to your content.

Ofcourse Google will never payout through PayPal. Ebay (PayPal) and Google (Checkout) are direct competitors on the payments market.

usually 3.5 weeks for me, if you're in Manila, it's much faster than that.
