I recently submit a site for suggestion in january(early january); however, i have not seen any result or my site added. Do you recommend i submit my site again or wait
please advise

Submitting it will not help.

Get some backlinks for it.

Do some directory submissions and social bookmarkings to get started.

Also use the forum signature option and add that site in your sig. Namepros does allows Dofollow signature links.

I think that SE gets 10k such submissions daily. As Nick said - to get indexed better to get good backlinks from relevant web sites.

But I have heard then on most web forums signatures are nofollowed. I think that you shouldn't hope only for signatures...

i submitted a few of my sites to dmoz and its already 3-4 months and they even dont send email if it was declined...

I would start submitting to plenty of older directories that have a footprint in the index.
