Native Arabic speaker for Flash design
 

Looking for a native Arabic speaker to do a short flash video for a one-pager site of mine - preferably a person from Qatar (will have the best local knowledge on the subject matter).

PM links to demos of prior work as well as your rates. Full source code and compiled and working flash video must be delivered before payment. Video must work perfectly with Linux Flash plugin for Firefox as well as on windows and mac.

Only native Arabic speakers physically located in an Arabian Gulf country will be considered, as I definitely require a person with up-to-date local knowledge on the subject matter. No exceptions will be made, so please don't ask.
