css positioning help needed

i have a site here http://www.prxa.info/test/Untitled-1.html i need the top bar to be lined up in between the left and right borders, and to have the borders be on top of the top bar, can anyone help, should be simple?

Okay i got them to line up, but i need all 3 divs to be centered and also the side divs to expand vertically with the top div?
