I've seen bogus sales on both Afternic and Sedo. 100% positive this sale is bogus.

Auto.com is worth $500K at least, probably even a $Million+.

Lets say for the sake of argument the listing was put there by the company. Lets then say it was an error on the price, or the person who listed it wasn't authorized to do so.... Do they honor the deal?

Good luck with AUTO.com, I think Afternic seems to be a bit of a joke, I placed a bid on a domain when its minimum bid was $150 and the seller just decided to put the price up to $50 000, just some cheap selling techniques..
