Another quick quesiton
 

So when you type in "toronto airport Limo" you see the following website
http://www.torontoairportlimo.com/ On First page, strange thing is that its PR is 0 and its on the first page. How is that possible? I kind of find it pretty strange is it like some backdoor hack?

pagerank only takes into account links, while ranking on serps involve much much more (no, not backdoor hacks).

if pagerank played that big a role in seo, then all the government sites, google/yahoo/dmoz, nasa websites, etc etc would all show up on the second or third page of any search term, which would be absolutely ridiculous.

Maybe they are quite new for google? And got newbie bonus?
