Frame size problem
 

I don't know if I posted this wrong or not. Plus, I'm a beginner at design and html and around everything of this.

So, when I add a frame for my website and add my images in there, backgrounds and all. Then when I look at it in firefox/iexplore it gets choped off. I don't know why. I've tried to change from pixel to percent but it didn't help at all.
