alot depends upon the extension of the domain. You will need to find a register that will handle the domain type.
Once you find the register that you would like to use I would contact the register that you are going to use and advise them of what you would like to do.
Most will give you the help that you need or at least give you information on how to do it.
Again alot will depend on the extension of the domain you are trying to transfer

the domain is just regular name, no idn and its .com
The problem is Doregi.com using only Koreans which i dont understand.

And the guy does not know how to transfer domain .... I've told him how to do it many times, but its invain, unbelieveble ..
