how will you compete against the big boys ... jobs.com etc..? How do i know my 29% stake is not going to go towards an inflated expense account?

Just something I am going to point out here.

Back in the day when I started studying Internet Marketing, a wise guru said-

Its all good and well having a free email address, but if you want to convey a professional image, then have a proper domain name and email address.

Just looking at your email address phlights, made me think of that. Is there any reason you do not have a domain email address? If it is your business, you should use it.
