Sorry,

I just liked to know that when are domains available if there whois shows they are pending delete?

for-example :-IWEALTHINDIA.COM

its status shows its [Pending delete]

The domain has expired some time ago - how long does it actually take for the domain to re-appear for registration :o

I found some good list of domains that were expiring and was interested in getting some of them but don't know how long exactly i will have to wait :(

What exactly does this have to do with IDN?

I think there is a 30 day grace period after the expiration date.
If it is a good name snap will probably pick it up for auction.
Different registers have different drop times I hear

75-80 days. if it's a decent or better name, it's nearly impossible to re-reg it yourself. it'll be snapped up by one of the bots and resold to the highest bidder.
