It needs a little variance of colors. It is too red. The overall layout is good. In each div or cell you need more padding and some margin to give the paragraphs some space to breathe. Same goes for the photos. more padding.

Also, it is helpful t have a redundant navigation along the top so users don't have to scroll to much to find links.

It looks pretty good though. 7/10

I'm totally agree with Dr.goldname. You need to adjust the padding. The overall design is nice. About the color scheme, it's too red. Try to spur some more colors (link scheme, or maybe redesign your icons to make them more colorful).

Idea about padding sounds good. I'll try it ... navigation seems ok too ... I'll place it under the header.

But I like red colour. I think I'll let it there :D

I suggest changing the background to a white, the red will stand out a lot more. I suggest not "over-doing" the red however, keep it limited to headings and in this case your header background. Not a fan of the dotted border, makes a non-cluttered design feel like a cluttered one.

Navigation is clear, I like how you associate each link with an icon for usability.

I am thinking about changing border to a rounded rectangle border. I think it'll look nicer :)
