| It needs a little variance of colors. It is too red. The overall layout is good. In each div or cell you need more padding and some margin to give the paragraphs some space to breathe. Same goes for the photos. more padding.
Also, it is helpful t have a redundant navigation along the top so users don't have to scroll to much to find links.
It looks pretty good though. 7/10  | |

| I suggest changing the background to a white, the red will stand out a lot more. I suggest not "over-doing" the red however, keep it limited to headings and in this case your header background. Not a fan of the dotted border, makes a non-cluttered design feel like a cluttered one.
Navigation is clear, I like how you associate each link with an icon for usability.
Very nice start, and good luck with it  .
