What I am expecting is for the market to start showing clear blue water between Quality and Crap. Sales of domains like this will not inflate the value in much of the crap being registered. In my opinion that constitutes 95% of the ASCII gTLDs registered in the last three.

I wouldn't put money on this, but if I had to call it, I would have to believe that this is a genuine sale. The Pizza.com sale was a steal in my opinion.
