One of them initially was a video site where he used the name c0l0rad0. But, he kept getting hacked...hee hee hee, and he removed the video software and put up some other cheap crap. The other was a similar story and shared the same nameservers as the other at the time.

woo, internet is never a safe place, i actually though michael was gonna start paying it back when he made that new account, then his immigrant wife got cancer? BS right there cause she cant get health care in the u.s if shes illegal, theyll deport her like we do in britain....

I heard that one a bunch of times. "I'll pay you today" and then no response or contact for a week. Kev, you will never see anything from mike other than more lies.

And going back a few pages, I did indeed deliver fully functional software. I was told "demo was postponed", "they want something else", "I will pay you soon", etc. Eventually I went directly to the clients who were also pretty pissed off. I finished out the whole site for them. They liked what they got.

Bottom line: Mike Mann is full of shit. You can tell when he's lying because he types stuff.

No. I have not paid Kev back, yet. Since my return to civilian life last May I have worked regular, low paying jobs getting back on my feet. No real money to speak of.

I could make micro payments, but, we are worlds apart and there is no inexpensive way to make micro payments that are cost effective.

Time is letting me get stable, again. The fall of Web Media, my family health problems and my visit to the Fed Camp (for a 1998 Bank Fraud)have all contributed to a very slow recovery.

Not making excuses. Trying to let the fact be known...it's not easy.

While I accept responsibility for this particular deal I have no assets. All I have is a 40 hour a week paycheck. That's not even steady.

My fall was hard and deep. It will take some time to regroup. In the meantime, I will offer small payments if we can come up with a cost effective way to do it. As yuou might imagine, paypal, moneybookers, etc., are not of any help right now. Bank wire costs more than I can send at one time unless I us time to get stable and save up again for my next run at the business world.

Let me know how you want top proceed, Kev. I've never hidden from you.

I hope this gets resolved, but I don't know. Any person with a single fiber of moral integrity in themselves would have paid before the deadline, and the telltale signs that he won't put your two year debt ahead of over things as well as his refusal to honor other debts don't bode well.

Best of luck, though. We all have an obligation to make the internet marketplace a honest environment.

Yeah I can easily set up a credit card payment through Google Checkout on my site, which accepts any form of payment.

Also, sending a cheque is an option.

As I just posted on Facebook, if you can work the arrangements I offered I can use a prepaid debit card to make what amounts to CC payments via google checkout.

While it may seem like a long time foir this payoff to come it was the best I could do under the circumstances (which don't bear being re-aired).

Checking accounts, traditional forms of CC's and/or paypal, etc., are not an option at this time.
