Friends site needs help!

On dnscoop his stats show 2 backlinks and a pr0 after being online for over a year.

www.dnscoop.com

Then paste in

homeshopperssite.com

Also noticed there is over 500 websites being hosted on the same ip address? I dont know if this hurts him or not.

Obviously he needs some to submit to some directories but any other advice you can offer appreciated.

Thanks!

Yes looks like he needs to do some SEO.

Also, the ip thing that has nothing to do with not having back links or anything of the sort.

I would suggest a company for SEO but honestly i do my own SEO so not exactly sure which ones are the best.

Framey no good.

This website is designed using frames. Sites designed using frames don't ever rank well on search engines period. He needs to go through a redesign of his site. Take out all of the frames possible and start a blog on his topic of home sales in Philly. Daily or bi-weekly updates of the blog will help his content on the site and taking out the frames will help the search engines finally find him.

Also the keywords and title could be modified to hit more exact search terms for the area.

This is a note for all on NPr's. Don't use frames to design your site!

reps appreciated. :D

Yes, I'm pretty sure his site is one of those cookie cutter sites coldwell banker gives to all their agents.

Yeah that is a bummer. The good news is he hasn't spent anything on marketing his site so his budget should be fat enough to suck up a new design. :D

Me may even have enough to hire me. Well... probably not but somebody for sure.

It is a shame that Coldwell is doing this sort of thing to their agents with all of the tech out there now. I mean he thinks "I have a website why can't I get people there" and it was doomed from the start with the frames.

After the new design he should try and list his site on as many Philly real estate directories as possible for some quality in-links too. Gl.

Youch, he needs a big helping hand. Good thing he has you backing him up Broker. Good luck wrestling that away from them!

Could also be the volume of keywords and content are hurting. Keywords are non-specific also. Has he been submittong it anywhere?
