I actually had a cold email offer on الأهلي.com for $500 from a Saudi Arabian. I told him to add two zeros and we could begin to talk. The same guy contacted me two months later about the same domain and I told him that the price is now 75K.
All 4 of those get daily traffic and some revenue.
