After last months income, I believe I will be at around $600 this month in April. The government requires you to pay taxes on any income over $600, I believe. Will Google send me a tax form (1099?) or what would I need to do for taxes?

Google only do it for us residents. If you are another country you have to take care of it when you receive money.

In the US, you're required to pay taxes on ANY income if your TOTAL income from all sources meets the minimum tax requirements. The payer just isn't obligated to issue you a 1099 if its under $600.
