Looks ok, but I think a banner at the top and some graphics, or better yet, photos, would help break up all the text and make it more attractive.
And you have mis-spelled "virtualization" at the top.

Good job now I posted in here.

I have been thinking about a banner but as of yet I have no concrete ideas, also what are opinions on ads in there, should I wait until I have it established and have visitors, or get them in now.

It not bad. And ya, I agree with pcp, a banner at the top with some good graphics. Overall its pretty good, kept me attracted for a bit ;)
