When I go to www.debaclex.com , it redirects to PhatBoyFX.biz. Im not sure why its doing this, as its not set up so in my cPanel.

neither load for me, contact your host to make sure that nothing funky is going on (guessing you are on a shared server)

it's doing a 301 redirect, just remove or clean your .htaccess

now you need an index file uploaded to it, for i can see the insides of your folder.
