I'm looking to find the best way to code what I call dynamic pull down menus.

I have three pull down menus, Location, Date, and Time. What I would like to do is only make certain Dates available based on the location chosen, and then only certain times available based on the day chosen.

Any ideas on the best/easiest way to do this?
