The only thing I don't like about these types of sites are the fact they are too often scraped and the content put on a ton of little-traffic low-ranking blogs. While this can be useful in creating backlinks you are not guaranteed a link every time the article is used. A good rule-of-thumb to think about when it comes to backlinks....its not the quantity its the quality.
I believe that will take up 2-3 month to wait to have links in the articles you have submited indexed. And there is big risk with panishment for double content.

Wow thats one huge database of article websites. If you have the time writing a few unique articles that reference your site would be a good idea but don't expect a huge up in traffic the nest day!
