Eye Problem for computer users

I start net business on Jan 2005. I work only 4 hours a day using ARC Plus glass. My eye problem starts on October.

My doctor told no problem in my eye. He gives me drops for two month. It not reduces my eye problem.

Now, I think to stop computer working. Please help me solve my eye problem giving best idea.

I don't think that anyone here would be qualified to really give you good advice in that regards unless they're an optomotrist, did you go & see one & they just gave you eye drops? Have you gone back & told them it didn't work or got a 2nd opinion from another one?

If you think you have an eye problem, but an optitionist says not, you are just imagining it.

Hah.
I am short sighted, genetically.

However, the optician I spoke to when I got my glasses recommended that every so often you take a break, and/or look at something 3D.
Also drink plenty of water, and try not to be in a room which has a spray in (as you blink less or something while watching a monitor) so your eyes don't dry up.

I started in 2003.

16 hours a day was my average till 2005

Then from there it is 14 hours a day.

I don't eat green vegetables. I don't care much.

I had CRT monitor. Still No problems with eyes or anything. Had severe headaches in between. But who cares. God has given such a body to everyone that is capable of healing itself far better then medicines.

Now I have LCD screen from last 15 days.

go see another doctor. if s/he says there isn't a problem either, then that's they're probably right.

I feel like my eyes get really strained sometimes from looking at the screen for extended periods. I also am short-sighted in my left eye and near-sighted in my right eye with not-so-good vision but I havn't worn glasses since I was 12. I keep saying I'm gonna go get a pair but I never seem to get around to it.

I remember one time being on the PC for like 20+ hours working on something really important at the time. I honestly think I lost my sense of color for a few minutes there. I looked away and everything went black&white, I looked back and it still was gray. lol Kinda scared me but I went and laid down and after a few minutes I was back to normal. I've never had that happen again otherwise I definetly would be gett'n to the eye doc.

You work 14hours per day. Hard work.

Tell me difference between LCD and CRT monitor.
