Man these guys are useless, took them 4 days to set up a vps, it wa sordered on the 10th feb setup ont he 14th, no big deal i thought...only find to find mysql wouldn't start, and ticket system wasn't working, when i finally submitted a ticket, they restarted mysql as i couldn't...then after 4 days of waiting for the nameservers, i found out the dns bind wasn't set right on the vps, plus a few other things, so they reinstalled the vps, took them 2 days, all was working, i upped vbulletin, installed it...sometimes it wanted to download the php page instead of load it, they tried to tell me it was short of resources,,,wtf 512mb ram, nothing running, 1%cpu usgae, but they say low on resources...then then said i'd be better of with linux, so i said fine, go ahead and switch it, 5 days later, virtuozzo kep tsaying plesk was misconfigured, i couldn't get onto plesk at all, when i did i set up the nameservers, waited 3 days, upped vb, installed and what do u know, sometimes it would load sometimes it would try and download the php, the mysql server kept stopping it self...21 tickets in total not including the 3 they deleted asking for cancellation and refund...now they reply to my request saying no refund, even though their site says 30 day money back guarantee...
30 euro's down the swanny cos these numpties can't setup what they sell...
I am very sorry to hear about your bad experience with them.
I have not heard about this host any where, but from the whois, they seem to be in business from 2005. Where did you hear about them?
Also, have you moved to a new host yet?
it was actually from a friend who has 2 servers with them, 1 of which keeps restarting itself daily...and no i haven't moved hosts yet as i need offshore hosting..
Maybe it worth to try to find other web hosting company in region you are interesting in. BTW, which region are you interested in?

If things are going like that, I would suggest you to start looking for a new host as soon as possible.
Search for offshore hosts and you will be able to find many. Any way, next time do enough research about the host before you make a decision.
