Don't mean to sound rude here but I don't think it's for ICANN or the U.S. government to decide the fate of domain names registered outside the USA. Claiming that because Verisign is a U.S. based company they somehow have final say on all dotcom domains really makes them sound like some kind of communist dictator that doesn't give a damn about the Constitution, people's First Amendment rights, or the laws of other countries. It's all getting way out of hand lately... And that Spanish site on Cuban vacations being taken down was major overkill.
