Simple flash logo, short and simple...
Black screen (#292929), burst of light (kinda like the big bang), Text appears ("Phillip Voydanoff" next line "Productions") fade out.

The text needs to be under a logo of "P" and "V" in some weird logo looking format.

Simple.

Colors

Back Background (Color : #292929),
Text White
Light blue (very light mainly white) burst of light
