Adsense CTR?

Getting about 2-3% CTR on average, I was actually thinking that was "decent" until I got looking around noticing some people discuss that average CTR is around 10-15%. I'm not so sure if its the subject of my website (Bass Fishing), If I have ad placements wrong, bad color choices, or if its simply how it is sometimes with google adsense.
Anyone else experiencing poor CTR currently or know any tips to increase them?

EDIT: Link is in my signature if you have any suggestions.

I think I gave you a review on your site before? I see you have moved your ads around to the top right instead of the bottom? I like your site better since you have made that move. I think a 2-3% CTR is high but that is my personal opinion. I would rather have a LOW CTR than a HIGH CTR.. anything high will always raise red flags on googles end. I think your site is looking good and keep it as it is. Just my two cents may I have one back LOL

2-3% CTR is okie. Keep at this rate, you will be safe. My experience shows that you don't earn more when the CTR increases (a bit higher, but not much). Pay attention to your website's content, you will increase eCPM.
