To start with I will advice to remove that welcome word from title and only use relevant keywords in there.
Meta description and meta keywords are missing.

I have done a bit more on the site
Can someone take another look please?
Also, does the SEO need to be carried out on just the Index page or all of the pages?
Cheers
Mak

If you want inner pages to rank well (which we all do) then making sure each page is well seo'ed is a good idea!

Build links that points to those pages would be a nice start.

SEO needs to be done on all of the pages for better ranking.
Make sure your keywords/phrases are in the title tags for each page, always use Header tags to break up sections of writing and optimize these tags with your specific keywords.
