can you have adsense at a forum that required registration?
can you have adsense at a forum that required registration?
I mean if a guest can not see the contents of the forum, but you put adsense in the content, does it follow adsense's TOS?
I thought I remember in the adsense early days, it was not allowed to have
adsense when the contents can only be viewed by regged users, but now
I double checked the TOS, did not find any such restriction. Just want to
be sure.

I'm pretty sure that you won't get in trouble. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

I dont believe you can.. i asked google support and they said no, because you can be displaying ads on content they cant see...
my other side..
Yet there are mods out there that allow the adsense bot or person to see the content.. while not allowing normal guests not to..
which if u use , then I believe you can

I would allow everyone to view the content but only reg members to post/reply/etc.. guests only have viewing access which will be the same for the bots

thanks for your answer.
I think those mods are to let google index you, not to fool adsense bot.
When did you ask google support? Was it recently?
