If you're in no need to sell now, don't...
The market for LLL.coms is absolutely not in its best days, so if you can, hold it.
Why would you sell it now for a relatively low price if you could just wait for better days?

The lll.com market is well off its highpoint but levels are still very inflated in my view, personally I think it has some way to fall and I suspect others (who are selling) are thinking the same thing.

I think the low end of LLL.com may fall. Explanation - why shall I pay $6K for a crapy LLL.com when I can buy nice enduser friendly CVCV.com or generic for the same amount.

I think you are wrong on all these points.

lll.com has fallen but it is the lowest quality ones that have done best from what I can see of it. Having sold a lot of both both high and low quality ones I wish I could go back in time and only have bought the low quality ones rather than the high quality ones.

llll.com has tanked, the falls are much heavier than lll.com, so it is hard to iagine any shift has happened, if it has you expect llll.com to be outperforming lll.com which obviously isn't the case.

Cheap it relation to what? The prices at the peak? Personally I think these names are still very inflated.

The price guide hasn't been accurate now for several months, the true minimum was around $5000 at the end of last month.

If you consider letter combinations, with possible usages AV - Audio/Video. I also love it as pronounceable, making a great brand name. Forget the "minimums'. Quite honestly, our market is in free-fall on "domainer" related domains. Less money coming into Domaining. People are spending money less freely, and frankly, had the capital been available to me, I would have purchased this domain. Thats how I know it went too cheap.
