I'm guessing it'd be getting at least 100 uniques a day with an Alexa rank like that... Considering how targeted the traffic is, I'd imagine the CTR on ink PPC ads would be quite high.

I agree - this was a bargain price. Should have been between 12-14k. However, not enough gap for me to put that much money out there. Plus - difficult resale with money tightening up.
