Does Anyone use YPN?

Hi. Does anyone use YPN and would like to give it a review?

I've tried repeatedly to apply for it, but I haven't been accepted yet...

I've had an account for about a year and it's Okay. They simply do not have a large enough base to draw ads from. I guess the revenue can be solid if you have a predominantly us visitor base and are in a niche they do serve ads to. But, that's just it, you must get lucky.

Best wishes,
Kimmy

Agreed with Kim , It was pretty hot at the beginning ... But the ads are lacking to say the least now.

The only site I have it on ATM has 3 ad sets on it - and all 3 show the same ads repeating ... And none are even relevant to the "Category" I chose ;)

Sorry to say, but it appears YPN is garbage. I just removed the last of the YPN code from my site (I estimate it cost me roughly triple what Adsense would have paid.

BTW, for the record, I am an anti-google person. I was testing YPN for the entire year in hopes I could find an alternative to Google's... it seems...that alternative has not yet arrived... back to adsense.

I like YPN for certain keywords yes some ads are lacking but it is better then nothing...

They do pay on time and do not give me any issues.

YPN has really went down hill, which is sad, it used to be smoking. It is still kind of alright for Gaming sites, but Adsense makes about the same now even in that niche.

And on the other side of the coin, as an advertiser, I've purchased PPC ads and the results trickle in incredibly slowly. Using the same ads, keywords etc as with other networks like Adwords. Very disappointed.

I used to use them on a few of my sites, but I stopped because the earnings were bad. Back to AdSense...

How come this is the only thread in this subforum?

if they make it worldwide and easy to apply soon publishers will also turn to advertisers.

it's because they are still small in membership.

In the bottom left area while in the subform, change "From the Last Month" to "From the Beginning."

Also, you can set this permanently and sitewide by going to your Control Panel, then Edit Options and changing Default Thread Age Cut Off to the option you prefer. :)
