I was using a link posted few days ago in this thread to a wiki article. I also did some search on internet. being non-chinees it is difficult for me to access the numbers in details, but in general everything except 4 is OK.

I think 00 at th beginning is cool (i have quite a few). One zero is probably not too good, but others think the opposite, so there is really no way to know.

one thing you can always do to get better NNNNN's is to check google results.
