I would be gladfull, if someone could give a point what could be ~price for redesigning Flash template?

Would it be easy for experienced designer to make reconfiguration's in template which is bought on internet?

You can't quote a price without knowing what work needs to be done, I would assume any experienced designer could pull apart a template and re-design it to his or her needs.

Any skilled designer could re-create a pre-made template. I am skilled in flash. If you would like a quote please let me know.

As I know, some good designers do use a hourly rate.

You may post it in the Request section and look for a designer to fix your template.

and post there.. u will get better results..

I know of one webdesign company that charges $1000 for a flash site.
