Who can I get to design a website like UBID?
 

I'm (I own a pawn shop)looking to start a online auction for my customers because they been asking for it. I know Network Solutions wouldn't do it, so who will any ideas.

Not sure about your Budget but a popular Free Auction script is phpAuction. They also offers Templates you can purchase.

Then it wouldn't matter who your Host is.
