Need ideas please...

Hey all,
Recently acquired a 10 year old PR2 domain that gets several uniques /day. I'd like to build a site around it to monetize it better but need some ideas for what to do. The domain name is 'problem solver' and some traffic comes through the serps but most from old bookmarks and backlinks. Would love to rep you guys for ideas about content and style - (ie, blog, general info site, what types of problems solved, etc.). This name is so generic that I just need some help getting the creative juices flowing.
Thanks,
Tom

You could create a forum where people would post questions and receive answers from the community.

That's not a bad idea - I just haven't had much luck monetizing forums. Will keep it in mind though.

I'd say a Monetized Website would make you more unique, as in where you can get experts to answer people's Queries. Forums are old, you can use a CMS For this purpose, making it WYSIWYG so that anybody can type and get relavent answers. You can even Hot Link Words and Text, and SEO it, to get Links. Make sure all links on your site are NoFollow. That would be great.

That's a great idea. What CMS would you recommend for this?

One of the best content management system ever developed was the Joomla Format...but there are so many variations to content management system today that there are literally thousands of Open Source and Paid CMS's.

But for a free, widely supported and developed CMS, i'd personally recommend Joomla.

Hope this helps you and Good Luck
