![]() | There are a ton of TM's registered for many words used today, so if it is generic use it in that capacity, ie if you regged tide.com dont sell laundry detergent on it but build a site about ocean tides that would be Ok. its back to the oldest example available if you own apple.com sell apples(golden delicious) not computers i would think staying away from brands is a no brainer wether they are TMed or not I see aarpinsurance.com was picked up for 20k at name jet thats a name i wouldnt have regged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | To herr: No I do not believe it is, if you mean the same thing they put up when you first register a domain name (and you hadn't changed the nameservers at all). I may be wrong, but I don't think it counts unless you are making money off of it... if NSI is making money off of it imho that is their problem, not yours.
