Need a pre-loader for flash in 3D design $15+

This pre-loader I need in flash will be a picture of the globe with an airliner or jet circling around it.

you might find it hard for someone to model a plane and a globe, and animatr it and place it into flash, all for $15.

I could offer more but depends on how good you turn out to be with it, but I need a starting point somewhere.

I am very fair to work with and I have much more than $15,

I am now offering $50. I need this done urgently, but have started this myself and will set the jet and the globe and make this in one .fla file to give to the nominated designer to play with and perfect it.
