The layout seems pretty standard and exhudes a very template like feel....not sure if you consider that a good or bad thing. It seems like many sites nowadays look like standard template sites. Anyways, I digress. The site is very nicely done and I especially like the colors

I like the fact that the lower part of the blue curved extends an extra few pixels on each side. At first glance, it could either be foreground or background to the upper part, but that extension tells the viewer that it's foreground.
The guy's face is a little creepy, though... it looks like his lips are warped. | |

overall is nice but i think fonts are so small
it would better if they are bigger.
