I joined this a few days ago, but what I don't understand, is that it doesn't launch until February 1st, but yet they claim to have been up for 2.5 years, how does that work out?
Yeah i also signed up. It`s good that there are no actual ads on my site until they start counting them, so it doesen`t bother me having a script since it doesen`t have any presence. Looking forward to this Pay Per Play system.
Net Audio is playing a bit of a shell game at this point, but they are smart They are using the code on all of our pages to be able to go to advertisers and say "We can get you xxxx impressions per day!" It's a very good strategy, but like I said... a shell game.
Okay good theres already a thread about this. I have a few questions or concerns about this program even tho it does sound good. Lesson #1: Ive always been told before the beginning of time, that any sort of audio or music on a web page is THE most annoying thing you could possibly do lol. Apparently people dont like to hear stuff when they visit web pages (unless of course its a site they visit TO hear stuff). Does this come into play at all? I wouldnt mind making money for PPP but if it drives my traffic away that I worked so hard to get, then whos the real winner here?
Secondly i like the fact that it LETS you choose which categories you do and dont want to put on your page for the PPP but it only gives ONE example of a category "realty for real estate" i would personally LIKE to know ALL the categories of PPP ads so that I can choose NOT to play certain ones and TO play certain ones. Example my sites about food, hearing a ad about the election is... stupid. It doesnt fit.
I do however like the fact that it is just an embedded sound and not a banner. I have a hard enough time trying to put banners on my site lol.
This was supposed to launch in February? has it launched yet? has anyone made money on it yet?
