I have my LLLL.net portfolio set for expanded promotion (20%, $60 min). The reason I set my min at $250 is because Afternic has a $60 min fee. Anything less than $190 net isn't worth the hassle IMO.

If you list your names with Fabulous and the DDN you will have to go through each one to set a price manually. You'll have to do your do-diligence when pricing because Fabulous has instant transfers. When the name is sold its gone forever regardless of if you forgot to adjust your pricing or not.

Do you set an Asking Price (Afternic's BIN) or a reserve - or just leave it with Minimum Price?

I think with Expanded Promo you have to set a "Floor Price" too (or maybe that's just if you have an Asking Price ... ??).

Have you (or anyone?) had any luck selling on Fabulous? (What's DDN?)

I leave it just with a minimum price and floor price. If you get an offer of interest you can always push it to auction.
