It's my second post or so in this section as I have never been into the advertising and keyword optimization stuff.
But I got a quick question ~ I know some people making a very high rate per click having certain keywords. This means that some companies / some markets pay a higher amount per click than the average market.
How do you know these markets? Is there a speicfic page where we can check top paying adsense keywords?
I would like to give it a try ~ and I am totally newbie with paying keywords .. once I had a site about domain names, and the PPC was not that good, and I believe some markets pay much, much more than domain sites.
Which I considered a failure.. I didn't have the right topic or right keywords, so my clicks were not worth much.
Now, I do not want to go wrong again, how can I know the hottest markets? or the hottest keywords that pay much more in adsense?
If such information is not free, just forgive me.. as I said I am newbie with this specific stuff.
Its pretty much straightforward from there on when you get a list of keywords and click on advertiser competition ..the more the better payouts usually.
if you're looking for ideas of higher paying keywords, think about products and services that are more on the expensive end of things. niches like exotic cars, medicine, and financials would be more attract than say, pencils or napkins.
I understand now that in order to make profit from Google Ads, I have to select a niche. A niche which sells expensive stuff so they afford paying a high PPC then develop a site around that niche this way I get targetted ads and higher PPC.
Shockie's answer is probably what I wanted to confirm. I am having a problem.. 2 choices.. I could choose a domain with extremely searched times and no ad score, or choose a domain with low search volume and high ad score.. (I think the second option pays more..despite the first one pays a lot of traffic)
But what traffic means If I can't convert it to cash.
It makes sense.. the more searched / popular terms are low ppc.. and the less searched terms are high ppc..did I get it right?
I would say for example.. a site about loans pays more than a site about hot girls.
One last, and important question.
Let us say I decided to choose Credit Cards as my upcoming site niche, how can I know the ppc that advertisers are paying in this category? "credit cards"

Otherwise, it would just be a waste of time in development and so on.
My suggestion is to not look for the high paying keywords for a main site. Create something that you have a little passion about. Build up your member base, build up your content, build up your reputation, keep on building and then you will be granted Yes create a few pager websites that gear towards high paying key words but I would rather enjoy a nice open layout that people will come back time after time instead of a one click they are gone and never see them again
My vioxx sites I use to have were like that... but again I was in the market for them to get help I couldn't help them... also that was paying upto $15-$20 per click. I am still glad to see that site still active at a parking company
I had a second thought, I could not really just start a high keyword site, if I do not know the heck about that keyword. Every person should research his skills and build sites around that I guess.
Maybe for yourself... and the keyword I was speaking about is still paying like a champ now do a little homework before you start spewing your opinion
Yes agreeable 100% find something you have a little passion about and start out with that. If you have a few buddies/gf's/guy friends etc.. who are "Lawyers, Accountants, Loan officers" it is much easier to write about it let me tell ya hehe
Yes those can also be up or down depending on the day/week/month/year this type of year actually tomorrow night a lot will be looking for the DUI lawyers LOL
