im searching for a website or websites where much designs/templates are sold (im looking for one)
site with webdesigners who sell their designs, like the design selling function here.
Im not looking for sites like boxedart and templatemonster..

who helps me?

Well then you pretty much answered your own question......here is a good place to start, there are other forums as well, but this is probably the best.

If you just want templates, places like http://built4clicks.com have crappy adsense templates to get you started for a small fee. :)
