| .SWF is already the Simplest Form, if its .SWF Extension then it will surely be very small. .FLA may be Big but that is not needed once the Output has been generated. There are only 2 things that may make an .SWF Big, Use of Audio or Video, if you have that, then please use Compressed versions of those on your site. Images won't effect your File Size.

| you can not compress the files, but you can use the fla and to make the file smaller.
it all depends how you have made the flash file. Do you have lots of large images in them? maybe try to import lower quality ones. as Xavier said, audio and video make the file very large. Check out your fonts, see if you have any embedded, as they whack up the filesize too. |
