It is coming up for me too.
I guess it will be better to contact them if you cannot access the site. They have teh helpdesk on a different server, so it won't be an issue for you to contact them.

Turns out they were up, but I couldn't connect for some reason.

note to self: run tracert AND output it to file for future reference before bothering other people

Great.
Traceroute is always good as you will be able to see where the problem is.
Also trying from a proxy is a good option to check whether it is only you who is having the problem.
