| Good reputation and allowing warez and torrents don't go well together. As for adult content allone, it's easier to find a company allowing, you may contact godaddy or webhostingbuzz, I know they allow 18+adult content. | |

| You can forget about the warez/illegal torrents. No where should openly support that.. they and you will be liable to be sued.
I suggest your friend rethinks and decides that he should stick to just legal adult content.
