bidvertiser's payout
 

i set it at $10 via paypal. before october ended, i've finally reached the minimum payout amount of $10 (i've earned $10.18). but i haven't received any payment on my paypal account! how's that? do i have to earn a whole dollar more ($11 total) to receive payment?

IM currently using bidvertiser and im not a fan. I sure hope google accepts me into adsense.
