thoughts on monetization - other than just PPC?...I love to buy directories, but rea; estate is more of a local thing...the statewide designation may hurt it a little...thoughts?

There are lot of ways to monetize real estate domains other than PPC. You can create real estate listing sites state wise. People buy,sell their real estates on your sites. Or you can just give information of each state's real estate like real estate agents, schools in every state. Statewide designs are good because as we all know that the real estate is always divided in states and its pricing are different in every state.

The domains are just developed and turned into websites to get more revenue with adsense. And real estate keyword are high paying keywords for adsense. Sometime I get more than $1 per click. If you can get only 10-15 visitors per day to each site then it can get $1 per day. So for 50 sites it will be $50 per day i.e. $1500 per month. And if you can double or triple the visitors the earnings will be double or triple.
